The Turnaround Session
This is an intensive, full-day session to help you quickly turn around whatever situation you may be facing. The session takes place at a peaceful off-site location, either of your choice or arranged by us. You arrive at a time of the day that suits your schedule; you leave with a complete-and-doable action plan in place for creating immediate and meaningful change.
The session will clarify how the situation has arisen from the beginning, brainstorm solutions as well as develop concrete strategies and a really good action plan. The goal is to give you the tools and resources needed to quickly create meaningful change in the area in question. We start by taking the situation into account in as much relevant details as possible, move on to identifying real and relevant root causes and then create an action plan with clear steps to change the dynamics completely.
Even if a complex, challenging or problematic situation has been going on for some time, it is possible to turn it around in just 24 hours by shifting the perspective into a higher framework. For this to happen, a neutral and qualified expert outside view is normally required. It is often difficult to observe one's own dynamics in whatever situations are going on in a neutral fashion.
